By booking an appointment with Ilio Naturopathy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a client, as well as the obligations of the practitioner.

1. Scope of Practice

Ilio Naturopathy provides naturopathic consultations, health education, and wellness support based on professional training and evidence-informed practice.

Naturopathy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical treatment.
Clients are encouraged to consult their GP or specialist for serious or ongoing medical concerns.

The practitioner’s role is to support your overall health and wellbeing using natural, holistic approaches.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information, including medical history, medications, and lifestyle habits

• Inform your practitioner of any changes in your health or medications

• Communicate openly about your experience and raise any concerns

• Seek immediate medical attention for emergencies or worsening symptoms

• Understand that results vary between individuals, and outcomes are not guaranteed
  
  

3. Consultations and Fees

• Consultation fees are listed on the Ilio Naturopathy website

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

• Consultations are offered online via secure video call

• Additional costs (e.g. supplements or testing) will be discussed before proceeding

• Payment is required promptly for all services provided

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur fees
  
  

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee

• Refunds are not available for completed consultations

• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns
  
  

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

• Information will not be shared without written consent, except when required by law or where there is a risk of harm

• Confidentiality may be breached in the event of serious risk to yourself or others

6. Shipping

• Herbal formulas and supplements may be prescribed and fulfilled by third-party dispensaries

• These providers are responsible for processing and shipping your order

• Delivery times and fees vary depending on location and provider

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays

• For delivery issues, contact the dispensing provider or reach out to us for support
  
  

7. Supplements and Testing

• Recommended supplements and testing are optional and based on individual needs

• Functional or pathology testing is arranged through third-party providers

• Clients are responsible for associated costs, paid directly to the provider
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• Ilio Naturopathy is not liable for adverse reactions to supplements, treatment plans, or lifestyle recommendations

• Clients are advised to consult their GP or healthcare provider before starting new treatments
